Welding fixtures for railings

Our in-house developed and awarded with the Bavarian State Prize welding device for railings allows you to manufacture railings or comparable constructions in half the time.

With our unique FÖRSTER frame welding fixture, you can weld frames of a wide range of sizes and designs in exactly right-angled positions without the need for extensive measurement.
Exposed corners in conjunction with the motor-driven reversing drive provide access to all weld seams and joints for manufacturing or post-processing. All in one setup.
Thanks to expansion options with modules from our modular system or customer-specific adaptations, even nested frames can be produced efficiently, ergonomically and precisely.
An optional digital measuring system in the clamping corners can also further reduce the non-productive times during the production of various frame dimensions.

Lifting columns with electrohydraulic height adjustment form the basis for a comfortable and ergonomic workplace.
We adapt the frame construction to the workpiece to be clamped. Load capacities of up to several tons as well as the lifting of very long and wide components are possible.
By using our movable X-Pro or double groove profiles, the support elements and clamping elements can be positioned individually at any time. This keeps the device flexible and can be adapted to changing assemblies.
